Utilizing advanced technologies such as Passive House standards, HVAC systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and Digital Twin, we help clients achieve Net Zero goals while optimizing energy use and enhancing air quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design HVAC system and perform Energy Use Intensity (EUI) calculations, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability standards (e.g., Passive House).
• Prepare design sketches, calculation reports, and AutoCAD/BIM (Revit) drawings.
• Develop technical specifications, equipment schedules, and documentation in Thai and English.
• Review and ensure coordination of HVAC design with structural, architectural, ID, landscape, lighting, and façade elements.
• Propose detailed, cost-effective design solutions to resolve on-site challenges.
• Work in collaboration with project managers, architects, multidisciplinary engineers, cost estimators, and clients.
• Conduct site visits to inspect installation work and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Report design progress and technical issues to the Team Lead or Project Engineer.
