The Branding Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the company’s brand presence through strategic content management, partnership collaborations, and offline event planning. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to drive brand engagement and growth on social media platforms and through co-branding initiatives.
1. Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and implement content strategies to increase organic engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize social media presence across platforms to strengthen brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create engaging and innovative content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
2. Branding and Collaboration Initiatives
- Develop and maintain co-branding collaborations with partners both online and offline.
- Identify and establish partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage IP collaboration programs, ensuring consistent progress and successful outcomes.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights for branding strategy optimization.
3. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Projects
- Initiate and coordinate CSR collaborations, overseeing project launches and follow-ups.
- Document project outcomes and learnings for future strategic improvements.
4. Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and organize offline branding events, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Collaborate closely with both the Shanghai team and the local team to ensure alignment on branding objectives and project implementation.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate event success.
