Select and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Daily Maintenance and Monitoring
Use tools to monitor network performance in real-time (e.g., bandwidth, latency) and address faults promptly. Manage servers and storage devices.
2.Network Security Protection
Security Policy Development
Deploy intrusion detection systems (IDS), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and firewall rules to guard against network attacks (e.g., DDoS, ransomware). Regularly update antivirus software and system patches (e.g., Windows Update).
Data Encryption and Access Control
Configure VPNs (e.g., IPsec, OpenVPN) to ensure secure remote access and establish user permission levels.
3.User Support and Collaboration
Terminal Device Maintenance
Support the installation and troubleshooting of employee devices such as computers, printers, and phones (e.g., OS crashes, peripheral driver issues). Manage corporate email services (e.g., Microsoft 365, G Suite) and video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
Technical Documentation and Training
Develop network configuration manuals and emergency response plans. Organize IT security training for employees (e.g., phishing prevention).
4. Project and Data Management
IT Project Implementation
Implement network deployments and plan upgrades for new technologies such as 5G and Wi-Fi 6 to enhance office efficiency (e.g., live streaming, remote collaboration).
Data Security Management
Ensure data security and provide network architecture and security logs.
Business travel overseas to other sites is required.
