- Responsible for Marketing related activities for iStudio, iBeat, and AAES
- Supervise, lead, and support U-Store supervisor and other Retail Marketing (offline)
- Plan and manage marketing budget for own channels to achieve business objectives
- Analyze market data to propose initiatives that address target audience needs
- Plan and execute strategic marketing plan and activities offline and online for the store
- Plan and execute social media calendar plan and posts to promote offline store (Facebook, Line, TikTok, Twitter, eDM, etc.)
- Plan and conduct artwork briefs for the graphic team to produce marketing materials to promote the store
- Plan and execute offline (events and workshops) and online activities to draw traffic and penetration to store
- Design and implement KOLs strategies to enhance sales performance for individual branches
- Collaborate with internal retail sales team to promote marketing materials at store
- Coordinate with shopping malls or property owners to execute sales promotion activities effectively
- Establish partnerships with external organizations to co-create impactful marketing campaigns
- Responsible for end to end marketing campaigns for offline retails
- Monitor, track, and analyze marketing performance with feedback or recommendations
- Present campaign performance reports and ROI analysis to senior management
