1. HR Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and Vietnam labor law.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all factory-level roles including workers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Collaborate with local agencies and government employment offices.
• Plan and execute recruitment process to ensure manpower fulfillment aligns with the approved workforce plan.
3. Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam labor regulations and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances, discipline, and resolve conflicts fairly and legally.
• Liaise with local labor authorities if needed.
4. Performance Management
• Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.
• Support factory leaders in performance discussions and improvement plans.
5. Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee payroll, social insurance, and employee benefits.
• Benchmark wages and benefits against local market standards.
6. Training & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
7. HR Administration & Reporting
• Maintain up-to-date HR records, contracts, and reports.
• Generate HR metrics for decision-making and audits.
