Summary of the responsibilities The COO (Chief Operating Officer) :
The COO is responsible for managing and controlling the organization's core operations to be efficient and in accordance with the company's policies, especially taking care of the main departments involved from the production process to the delivery of products to customers under the specified standards, as follows:
- Supervise the production department : Plan and manage the production process to achieve the target quality, supervise the use of resources to be worthwhile, and improve the process for maximum efficiency.
- Supervise the quality assurance (QA) department: Check and control the product quality standards to be in line with the company's and customers' requirements.
- Supervise the maintenance department: Take care of the maintenance of machinery and various equipment to be ready for use at all times to reduce disruptions to the production process.
Supervise the warehouse and delivery department: Manage the warehouse to be orderly, ready for disbursement, and plan the delivery of products on time, efficiently, and reduce costs.
