-Build up relationship with the counterpart at customer’s premises, but the Sales Support do not perform
the tasks of a full-fledged Key Account Coordinator
-Actively update costs and selling rates in coordinate with Account Owner
-Actively introduce and build up relationships with customers.
-Actively quote within standard KPI the customer for new enquiries and new lanes
-Procurement of costs: Overseas contact for rate request after get information from Sales Executive.
-Prepare official quotation and submit to customer on timeline. KPI: General cargo 1 days, other 2 days
-Help to promote growth of business of customer with Rhenus by developing relationship and upselling
existing and new business.
-Support Sales Executive in terms of following customer documentation for new customer/new instruction
such as customer company register, Por Por 20 and others document relating to customs clearance
process.
-Work with company ticketing system according to given SOP until ticket is closed.
-Create necessary company documentation to set up customer and its shipment handover to Operations
(JI, etc.).
-Be standby for customers in case of operational issue and solve or escalation to involve account owner
on time.
-Arrange and prepare others information per management assignment and response to enquiry timely
including others special assignment:
o Support to qualify potential customers to Sales Executive: sales campaigns, cold calls etc.
