Sales Operation Support (Chinese Speaking)

• Support BDM to gain the new business by preparing and submitting the quotation to prospect customers
• Update monthly quotation to current and target customers
• Internal coordinate with each internal department to support customer requirements and solve the operating issues
• Maintain existing customers as account management and also generate new business opportunities for company all logistics businesses in order to acquire new customers
• Monitor e-mail and daily job requirement from internal and external department
• Proceeding LBS for freight forwarding, contract logistics Biz
• Summarize Sales Inventory and progress
• Summarize customer list and contact point
• Support sales document jobs and administration duties
• Collecting weekly O/F from Pricing and summarize & Report
• Update sales materials and sales support
• Freight Forwarding Biz revenue and operation income summary
• Freight forwarding quick plan collecting from sales
• Freight forwarding sales summary for monthly closing
  
  

• Thai or Chinese Taiwan and Can speak Thai, English
• Male or Female, age 25-35 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or any related field
• Good interpersonal, initiative, service minded and solving skill
• Self-motivation and strong to work under pressure
• Good understanding of basic logistics principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
• Able to use computer; Microsoft office.
• Good command of English skill.
• At least 2 years as Sales Coordinator, Business Development, Customer Service in Logistics and Freight Forwarder company
• Mathematical skills and statistical ability required
