• Own and manage the monthly country content calendar across all key Social Media Channels while supporting Growth team on copywritting for CRM and In-App content
• Craft engaging Thai copy for ads, social posts, CRM, in-store materials, push notifications, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
• Translate and localize global campaigns to suit the Thai audience and market nuances
• Ensure all written content aligns with the brand tone while being witty, relevant, and on-brand
Campaign Operations
• Lead end-to-end campaign coordination, including KOL/creator briefing, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Ops, Retail, Studio, and Brand to execute timely campaigns
• Oversee shoot logistics from creative brief to execution, ensuring brand tone and deliverables are met
• Track campaign timelines and support post-campaign reporting and evaluations
Social Media & Community Engagement
• Plan and manage social media calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, and Threads
• Conceptualize and produce original, social-first content (static visuals, short-form videos, real-time coverage), occasionally appearing in content if required
• Actively engage with followers and communities in real time using features like comments, duets, challenges, etc.
• Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights from analytics tools and social listening
• Manage promotions via the ZUS App backend and coordinate the setup of platform activities
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
• Identify and engage with influencers and creators that align with BUS Coffee’s brand identity
• Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including seeding, collaborations, tracking ROI, and contract negotiation
• Maintain strong relationships with creators across micro to macro levels
• Monitor and report on influencer performance using key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions
Growth & Performance Marketing
Performance Marketing & Paid Media Execution
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to drive app installs, engagement, and transactions
• Manage campaign performance with a focus on key KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Adjust media mix, audience targeting, and budgets based on performance data to maximize efficiency and ROI
• Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve campaign effectiveness
• Assist Marketing Manager in managing Third Party On-Demand delivery partners (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc) to drive growth of third party sales channel.
• Deliver regular campaign reports with insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Data & Growth Strategy
• Analyze user, transaction, and revenue data to identify gaps, growth opportunities, and funnel drop-offs
• Drive new user acquisition, activation, and re-engagement using data-driven strategies
• Support execution of loyalty and retention programs, including remarketing, CRM automation, and lifecycle campaigns
• Collaborate with internal and regional teams to align growth initiatives with local and global objectives
