- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT Presale Engineer, Technical Consultant or System Engineer role.
- Knowledge of IT Technology: Server, Storage, Networks, Security, Applications, System Management.
- Knowledge of basic networking components and concepts. Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues
- Familiar with Security products like Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN etc
- Familiar with Virtualization products like VMWare, Hyper-V etc
- Experience with Linux/Windows shell scripting / Cloud and Big Data technologies
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for help when needed.
- Ability to develop and support sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Easy going, adaptable, friendly and good communication skills.
- Eager to achieve, service minded, a good team player and a problem solver.
- A good command of English will be an advantage.
