• Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and foster a positive workplace culture
• Design and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, and employee relations
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Establish and maintain company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Serve as the primary HR representative for Thailand, liaising with global teams across time zones
• Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
