1 เริ่มเดินคูลลิ่งทาวเวอร์ ปั๊มคอนเดนเซอร์ สำหรับทุกอาคาร
2 ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของระบบ (cooling tower, condenser pump)
3 เริ่มเปิดแอร์รอบโรงเรียน ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของพัดลมดูดอากาศและระบบอากาศบริสุทธิ์
4 ตรวจสอบและบันทึกอุณหภูมิของคอนเดนเซอร์
5 รับมือปัญหาอย่างทันท่วงที ห้องน้ำอุดตัน แอร์ ไฟและประตู
6 ตรวจสอบการทำงานของบูสเตอร์ปั๊มให้เหมาะสม
7 ตรวจสอบบ่อน้ำประปา
8 ตรวจสอบปั๊มดับเพลิงไฟฟ้า
9 เริ่มใช้เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้าและเก็บบันทึกรายสัปดาห์
10 บันทึกการใช้ไฟฟ้า
11 ตรวจสอบและทดสอบระบบสัญญาณเตือนไฟไหม้ทุกสัปดาห์
12 ตรวจสอบปั๊มในสระและทดสอบค่า pH และความสมดุลของคลอรีน
13 ยืนอยู่ที่ห้องควบคุม
14 ทำความสะอาดตัวกรองปั๊มเมื่อค่าแรงดันเกิน 20 psi
กะบ่าย 14.00 น. - 23.00 น.
1 เข้าควบคุมจากวิศวกรกะเช้า
2 ปิดคูลลิ่งทาวเวอร์และปั๊มคอนเดนเซอร์ของอาคาร 1, 2, 4
3 ปิดเครื่องปรับอากาศและตรวจสอบว่าทุกสิ่งอยู่ในสภาพที่เหมาะสม
4 ตรวจสอบห้องควบคุมของสระว่ายน้ำและทดสอบค่า pH สมดุลคลอรีน
5 เก็บบันทึกการใช้ไฟฟ้าทุก 2 ชั่วโมง
6 ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเท่าที่จะสามารถจัดการได้ในขณะนั้น
7 ปิดระบบไอเสียและอากาศบริสุทธิ์
8 ตรวจสอบและทดสอบบูสเตอร์ปั๊ม
9 ตรวจสอบการเปิด/ปิดไฟรอบโรงเรียน
10 ทำความสะอาดสระว่ายน้ำ
11 ทำคลอรีนในสระว่ายน้ำ.
12 ซ่อมไฟที่หัก
13 ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของห้อง MDB (Main Distributing Board) และห้องเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า
14 ตรวจสอบและทดสอบเครื่องสูบน้ำดับเพลิงไฟฟ้า
15 เตรียมพร้อมที่ห้องควบคุม
กะกลางคืน 22.30 น. น. - 7.30 น.
1 มอบการควบคุมจากวิศวกรกะช่วงบ่าย
2 ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของห้อง AHU (Air Holding Unit)
3 ทำความสะอาดสระว่ายน้ำ 4 บันทึกการใช้ไฟฟ้า 5 ตรวจสอบห้อง MDB และห้องเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า 6 ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของคูลลิ่งทาวเวอร์ 7 เปิดหอหล่อเย็นและปั๊มคอนเดนเซอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิศวกรกะเช้า 8 ตรวจสอบบูสเตอร์ปั๊ม
9 เปิดแอร์ให้ทั่วโรงเรียน
10 เปิดระบบไอเสียและอากาศบริสุทธิ์
11 ตรวจสอบบ่อน้ำประปา
12 เตรียมพร้อมที่ห้องควบคุม
Child Safeguarding:

promote and safeguard the welfare of all students in the school report to the Child Protection Officer any concerns they have for the welfare of a student. Both campuses will come together to form Shrewsbury International School Bangkok and children from City Campus will graduate to Riverside in Year 7 (Age 12+).
