Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and CCTV systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of showroom-specific software such as CRM, DMS (Dealer Management Systems), billing, and inventory applications.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to showroom staff and escalate issues as necessary.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable internet and system connectivity.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and system upgrades.
• Manage email configurations, data backups, antivirus, and security systems.
• Provide support during events, campaigns, or system rollouts in the showroom.
• Document IT processes and maintain an inventory of IT assets.
• Assist with data entry, report generation, and analysis for management review.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and company data protection standards.
