Job description
• To manage incoming phone call & caller enquiries
• To provide support to the customers
• To coordinate with the new customer's document
• To collect and record the number of mailings
• To record of brokerage’s meeting
• To support members on accommodation booking
• To coordinate with each brokerages
• Types correspondence, meeting notes, and forms among other documents for manager
• To create product information for customers
• To update task by daily and weekly
• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• To keep of office equipment in the brokerage to be ready for use
• Other task as assigned
