Job Summary: We seek a diligent and proactive Safety Officer to join our team in Thailand. The Safety Officer will ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting regular inspections, and submitting six-monthly reports to the relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
Safety Training: Provide safety training and education to employees to promote a culture of safety.
Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.
Report Submission: Prepare and submit six-monthly safety reports to the relevant authorities, detailing safety performance, incidents, and corrective actions taken.
Policy Development: Develop and update safety policies and procedures following local regulations and the ISO Management System.
Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local safety and environmental legislation.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
