

Key Responsibilities
• Plant Performance Optimisation: Analyse existing plant operations to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and output enhancement. Develop and implement strategies to optimise the performance of power and chiller plants.
• Project Management: Lead and manage optimisation projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing resources, and mitigating risks. • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on all aspects of plant machinery and systems, drawing on a deep understanding of power plant construction and/or chiller plant design and construction.
• Regional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across the Asia Pacific region. Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse plant performance data, preparing regular reports for senior management to track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university with MBA preferred.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in either power plant construction or chiller plant design and construction.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Skills and Competencies
• Language Proficiency: A high level of English competency is essential for this role.
o A minimum TOEIC score of 800 is required.
o A TOEFL score of 7.5 or above is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Leadership and Teamwork: The ability to lead and motivate project teams, as well as collaborate effectively as part of a larger regional team.
• Adaptability: Willingness and ability to travel across the Asia Pacific region as required.
