We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company, able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. And this role will be lead for employer branding initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing all of the hiring process.
- Source potential candidates through all company channels and professional networks.
- Ensuring accurate and proper communication of company information with staff such as orienting new staff.
- Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process.
- Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Support and run all of staff activities.
