-Develop and implement BIM technology to support construction project (Project BIM’s Goals)
-Manage construction work by using BIM to meet the project’s (Project BIM’s Goals) requirements efficiently.
-Able to develop BEP and BIM Specification.
-Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up.
-Communicate and work with many parties Including effective solutions to immediate problems
-Provide advice and be technical support to the team.
-Keeping up to date with the BIM latest developments (In terms of software and work process) and implementing available technology effectively to support team, speed up work process or add a new value on the project.
-Manage BIM data across different platform
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or above in related disciplines.
-Minimum 2 - 5 years of BIM experience in construction projects.
-In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, AutoCAD experience on design/construction projects.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, technical problem-solving abilities, leadership skills.
-Understand widely BIM knowledge and interested in working with Construction Technology.
