1. Set and achieve annual and quarterly sales targets, analyze sales performance, market trends, and inventory turnover, and drive growth across regional stores and online channels.
2. Manage retail channels including directly operated stores, franchise stores, and e-commerce platforms, and develop channel strategies such as store expansion, renovation, or closure, including KA negotiation (HomePro, PowerBuy, etc.).
3. Plan category structure based on customer needs and market competition, manage new product launches, pricing systems, promotional mix, and monitor SKU performance.
4. Plan and oversee major marketing and promotional activities including holidays, member days, and offline campaigns, and coordinate execution with the marketing team.
5. Optimize customer experience and sales service processes, improve after-sales services (installation, repair, returns), and enhance NPS, repurchase rate, and complaint resolution efficiency.
6. Lead and manage regional managers, store managers, and e-commerce teams, including training, performance management, manpower planning, and incentive schemes.
7. Prepare budgets, control costs, review retail and operating expenses, and improve overall profitability including GM, GP, and GMRROI.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and manage risks related to pricing, promotions, and inventory control.
