Responsibilities
1. Set and achieve annual and quarterly sales targets, analyze sales performance, market trends, and inventory turnover, and drive growth across regional stores and online channels.
2. Manage retail channels including directly operated stores, franchise stores, and e-commerce platforms, and develop channel strategies such as store expansion, renovation, or closure, including KA negotiation (HomePro, PowerBuy, etc.).
3. Plan category structure based on customer needs and market competition, manage new product launches, pricing systems, promotional mix, and monitor SKU performance.
4. Plan and oversee major marketing and promotional activities including holidays, member days, and offline campaigns, and coordinate execution with the marketing team.
5. Optimize customer experience and sales service processes, improve after-sales services (installation, repair, returns), and enhance NPS, repurchase rate, and complaint resolution efficiency.
6. Lead and manage regional managers, store managers, and e-commerce teams, including training, performance management, manpower planning, and incentive schemes.
7. Prepare budgets, control costs, review retail and operating expenses, and improve overall profitability including GM, GP, and GMRROI.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and manage risks related to pricing, promotions, and inventory control.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Management, or Economics.
2. 8–15 years of retail industry experience with at least 5 years in team management; experience in home appliances, 3C, or durable goods retail is preferred (e.g., Haier, LG, Toshiba).
3. Strong knowledge of category management, products, pricing, and channel strategies; solid data analysis skills (GP, CN, inventory turnover); experience in online operations, KA and supplier negotiations, promotion planning, SKU and lifecycle management, and store operations with SOP optimization.
4. Proven leadership and cross-functional communication skills; experience in annual business planning, talent development, performance, and organizational management; capable of solving complex operational and supply chain issues.
5. Strong business and strategic skills, including negotiation (rebates, fees, annual agreements), category growth planning, channel expansion, and market and consumer trend analysis.
6. Strategic, results-oriented, and execution-focused mindset with strong customer awareness; adaptable to fast-paced environments; excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred, English Thai bilingual is a plus).
