- Provide professional customer service to both Thai and international car rental clients.
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone for reservations and walk-in customers, and promote car rental services under Europcar Thailand.
- Prepare car rental agreements, arrange vehicle delivery, and inspect vehicle conditions to ensure service readiness.
- Prepare summary reports and submit them to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Work five days per week, with days off assigned according to the work schedule.
- Aged 35 years or below.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and able to drive a motor vehicle.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Service-oriented, patient, and highly motivated.
- Willing and able to work in shifts.
- Annual Leave, After probation
- 5-day work week
