- Build, develop and manage business intelligence tools to monitor and evaluate the performance.
- Analyze database and develop meaningful recommendations to business in order to drive marketing and sales campaigns.
- Analyze monthly Financial Statement/ Profit & Loss Statement and year ended Financial Statement and compare with Plan.
- Review and monitoring key items of expenses such as incentive, discounts, gift voucher etc. rely on approval campaign and in line with Budget control.
- Work as project leader to control project scope, cost, and timeline to deliver solutions to meet business initiatives and stakeholder’s expectations.
- Analyze monthly Financial Statement/ Profit & Loss Statement and year ended Financial Statement and compare with Plan.
- Manage performance of Telesales to achieve the Target.
- Forecast and analyze monthly Profit & Loss Statement and compare with Budget for management decision.
- Special Project Management.
- Assists in any special assignment or ad hoc that may from time to time be assigned by MD.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in MIS, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA or MBA is advantaged).
- Strong experience in financial analytics with a good understanding of P&L, B/S, cash flow, financial consolidation modelling, cost allocation, forecasting, and budgeting management.
- At least 3 years in ERP - Accounting and Finance implementation with consulting background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Budgeting & Planning tools) is advantaged.
- Ability to think critically and translate complex information into clear, concise insights and messages.
- Good interpersonal, responsibility, and eager to learn new things.
