- Responsible for contract work, ownership transfer, and all other legal works of the company and affiliated companies.
- Manage and coordinate legal matters with other departments in the company and its affiliates.
- Proceed on works related the juristic persons, condominiums/housing projects of the company and its affiliates.
- Contact with the government agencies as assigned.
- Manage and prepare share certificates, shareholder registration, power of attorney, management agreement of the company and its affiliates.
- Provide legal opinions, prepare legal and contractual documents of the company and its affiliates, both Thai and English.
- Translate the documents TH-EN and EN-TH.
- Update all laws related to the business of the company and its affiliates.
- Coordinate in lawsuit proceeding.
- Operate in labor law issues.
- Operate in tax issues.
- Operate in customer service issues.
- Responsible for negotiating with customers and/or outsiders, both Thais and foreigners. And in case of any complaints arising.
- Research and prepare summary reports, relating to the company's business and/or as assigned, both in Thai and English.
- Inspect and prepare reports on restrictions on land development, such as inspections of city planning and expropriation, etc.
- Summary of litigation guidelines on cases proceeding of the company, both investigative level and at the court level.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Age preferably 25 - 40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Communicates well in English
- Has computer skills, including MS Office
