1. Analyze existing production processes, costs and profits.
2. Improve efficiency of the production process.
3. Monitor production processes, perform root cause analysis for production issues, and make suggestions for improvement.
4. Make production plans based on orders received and make changes once there are changes in orders.
5. Optimize resource utilization, such as manpower, machine, and materials.
6. Coordinate with other teams (production, quality, supply chain) to develop better work processes.

- Have at least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- High English proficiency, able to communicate with JP managers in English
