1. Organization Development / Career Path / Succession Plan
• ออกแบบและพัฒนาโครงสร้างองค์กร (Organization Design) ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจ
• วางแผนและพัฒนาเส้นทางความก้าวหน้าในสายอาชีพ (Career Path) สำหรับแต่ละตำแหน่งงาน
• พัฒนาแผนการสืบทอดตำแหน่ง (Succession Plan) เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อม Talent และ Key Position
• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโครงสร้างกำลังคน (Workforce Analysis) เพื่อรองรับการเติบโตขององค์กร
• ออกแบบโครงการ Talent Management และ High Potential Program
• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้บริหารเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพองค์กร (Organization Effectiveness) และสร้างวัฒนธรรมการทำงานที่เหมาะสม
2. HRD
• วางแผนกลยุทธ์ด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลประจำปีให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายธุรกิจ
• วิเคราะห์ GAP COMPETENCY โดยสรุปผล TRAINING NEED และจัดทำแผนฝึกอบรมร่วมกับฝ่ายต่างๆให้สอดคล้องกับ Business Plan รวมถึงการประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม (Training Evaluation)
• พัฒนาหลักสูตรและจัดทำ Learning & Development Program ที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละกลุ่มพนักงาน
• ใช้เครื่องมือ HRD เช่น Competency Framework, Individual Development Plan (IDP) เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากร
• วางแผน ออกแบบ และดำเนินกิจกรรมการสื่อสารภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้พนักงานรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและทั่วถึง
• จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความผูกพันของพนักงาน (Employee Engagement) เช่น กิจกรรมสันทนาการ กิจกรรม CSR กิจกรรมตามเทศกาล
• ประสานงานและสนับสนุนการดำเนินโครงการด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร (Corporate Culture) และค่านิยมองค์กร
- เพศ : ชาย หรือ หญิง, อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป
- ปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จิตวิทยา การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง Talent Management
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HRD / OD อย่างน้อย 7-10 ปี โดยเฉพาะด้านCareer Path, Succession Plan, Talent Management
- หากมีความรู้ในระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2015 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้าน Organization Development (OD Concepts, Competency, Engagement, Change Management)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งการพูด การเขียน การนำเสนอ และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ วางระบบ และจัดทำแผนงานเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านบุคลากร
