- Leading and coordination project management and enhance maintenance improvement project.
- Implementing, managing, and controlling the preventive maintenance plan.
- Handling schedule repair and maintenance.
- Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Providing support in repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related Engineering. (GPA > 3.00)
- At least 3-5 years working experience in the field of facility management or construction work.
- Excellent English skills (TOEIC > 450)
- Proven maintenance experience, very good presentation technique and ability to use AutoCAD and Sketchup in advantageous.
- Experience performing PM plan, project management and budget preparation.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Strong time management skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Work well in a high-pressure environment. Well organized and efficient
- Team player, flexible approach and willing to learn.
- A strong creative, Positive, Motivated and result driven.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
