Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to prospect customers as per company guidelines using effective methods, and continuously develop them into potential customers, with the ultimate goal of generating sales.
Provide comprehensive information and facilitate current and prospective customers in the showroom, ensuring maximum satisfaction and a positive impression.
Professionally present vehicle products to customers using appropriate methods and processes as trained by Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited and as specified in dealer standards.
Offer financial services as defined by the company or partner financial institutions, including insurance services and additional accessories.
Analyze customer needs to propose suitable test drives that match their preferences, using appropriate methods and processes as trained.
Sell and deliver vehicles to general customers, VIPs, and fleet clients in compliance with company specifications and dealer standards.
Conduct follow-up calls to check customer satisfaction after delivery and record feedback in the DMS system within the timeframe specified in dealer standards
Maintain relationships with existing customers by following up and providing after-sales service as per guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of sales and service-related information to customers.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and coordinate resolutions as per company policies and Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited guidelines.
Inspect and accept new vehicles delivered by Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Limited in accordance with set standards.
Maintain the appearance and condition of vehicles in the showroom and stock in compliance with dealer standards.
Ensure technical readiness, cleanliness, and availability of information for all vehicle models, whether displayed in the showroom or not.
Monitor and verify the installation and connection of MMC to maintain compliance with standards

Requirements

Age preferably 24-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or other relevant.
Is creative with good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology
Has social skills, including IG, Tiktok, Facebook
Can make short video clips.
Have a driver’s license.
Communication well in English
