- รับใบขอสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Requirement; PR) ที่ได้รับอนุมัติแล้ว มาดำเนินการจัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ แล้วส่งให้ หัวหน้าและผู้จัดการฝ่ายอนุมัติ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ขาย ในการเสนอราคา และเปรียบเทียบราคาสินค้า เจรจาต่อรอง ตลอดจนเงื่อนไขการส่งมอบ และ การชำระเงิน
- ประสานงานการส่ง/รับมอบสินค้า และแจ้งให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ
- จัดทำรายการสรุปข้อมูลผู้ขาย เสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
- กรณีที่สินค้าบางรายการต้องออกไปซื้อเองภายนอกบริษัท โดยชำระเป็นเงินสด ทางจัดซื้อเป็นเป็นผู้ดำเนินการ
- จัดทำประเมินผู้ขายร่วมกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เพศชาย,เพศหญิง
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง ที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อ/จัดจ้าง อย่าน้อย 1-2 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรองด้านการจัดซื้อ
- มีความซื้อสัตย์สุจริตและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP ได้
- สามารสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้
