Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop go-to-market strategies (e.g., distributor models, partnerships).
- Appoint and manage exclusive distributors in assigned markets.
- Monitor sales and distributor performance across HK and Taiwan market.
- Facilitate and explore new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach, including inputting relevant data to support opportunity development.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Analyze sales trends and market insights to drive growth.
- Support logistics, sales forecasting, and product/distributor onboarding processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in international sales, export sale or business development.
- Experienced in export, freight forwarder and any related are also welcome.
- Excellent Chinese communication skills is a must.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
