- นำเสนอข้อมูลและโปรโมชั่นของโครงการให้แก่ลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ
- ดูแลและติดตามกระบวนการขายตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นนำเสนอ จนถึงการปิดการขายให้สำเร็จ
- จัดการและประสานงานกับทีมงานเพื่อให้การขายเป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้
- ติดตามและประเมินผลตอบรับจากลูกค้าเพื่อปรับปรุงการให้บริการ
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในทีมขายและกับลูกค้า
- วันหยุด 6 วันต่อเดือน
สถานที่ทำงาน: โครงการขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ย่านถนนจันทร์สาทร, เจริญกรุง, สุขุมวิท, ปุณณวิถี, แบริ่ง, และโครงการย่านพระราม 2
- วุฒิการศึกษาตั้งแต่ระดับอนุปริญญาหรือสูงกว่า ที่มีประสบการณ์ขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ตั้งแต่ 1-2 ปีเป็นต้นไป
- มีบุคคลิกภาพดี มีใจรักการขายและการบริการลูกค้า และมีความสามารถในการจัดการกับลูกค้าหลายประเภท
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยมและมีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรอง สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 1-2 ปี สำหรับตำแหน่ง Sales Consultant
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์ 2-3 ปี สำหรับตำแหน่ง Senior Sales
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และโปรแกรมพื้นฐานได้ดี สามารถเข้าถึงสื่อ Tiktok, Facebook ได้อย่างทันสมัย
