- Structural design for estimation.
- Designs and drawings structures and reports.
- Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses and provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
- Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.
- Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
- Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
- Works and coordinate between Japanese Designer, Architects, Estimator, and M&E Engineer.
- Other tasks assignment
- Age 28 - 35 years
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Building Design
- Have a professional Engineer License 2nd level (Sor Yor)
- Can be used Structural design, Drawing programs such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Midas Gen, nGan AutoCAD, Revit (advantage), Other.
- Good computer software skills (Microsoft Office; Excel, etc.)
- Good communication skills in English (advantage)
- High responsibility and endurable to high-pressure conditions.
- Ability to learn, self-improvement and self-motivation
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Able to work up country, if any.
