Responsibilities

• Responsible to achieve the sales target at Seacon Square and Seacon Bangkae (Fashion)

• Supervise leasing team to ensure maximum occupancy

• Create strategies, policies, projects and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize the occupancy

• Planning and Implementing the tenants mix of all categories

• Negotiate with potential tenants to fulfill the vacancy

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing tenants

• Prepare annual budget and occupancy projection

• Renewal all the contracts which terminate in each year

Requirements

• Male/Female

• 35 – 45 years old

• At least Bacherlor Degree or higher

• Experience in retail business at least 5 years

• Good Command of English

• Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
