- Develop the annual and long-term internal audit plans, prioritizing based on risk assessment to ensure full coverage of all significant activities.
- Supervise and manage the execution of audit engagements to ensure alignment with defined objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Review and approve audit reports and working papers to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Design and update audit programs, tools, and methodologies to evaluate internal control effectiveness and organizational performance.
- Gather and analyze data, assess audit findings, and ensure all conclusions are complete, accurate, and well-documented.
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to auditees and executive management.
- Lead exit meetings and communicate results clearly and professionally, offering actionable improvement suggestions.
- Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and serve as an advisor on control and compliance matters.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or the Audit Committee.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking, or Economics.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit or related fields.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous development.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented, composed, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
