• Support FF&E Manager with the planning and delivery of project works
• Review drawing and specifications and prepare FF&E schedules and documents
• Prepare Tender/Quotation Documentation for Supplier pricing
• Contact suppliers to obtain quotations for FF&E items
• Support the assessment of supplier quotations in a comparison and provide recommendations to the Client for selection.
• Prepare documents and reports (typically word, excel, powerpoint) as required for projects
• Attend and document meetings as required
• Communicate with Clients, Designers, Construction teams and suppliers
• Support the delivery of project works both office based and on site as required
• Support receipt of FF&E items on site and arrangement of installation/placement
• Auditing of FF&E materials on site
• Support advising contractors for correct installation location
• Prepare final asset registers
• Other task following supervisor’s assignment or company policy
