Career Advisor department – Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Recruiting Advisor department – Coordinating recruitment services for corporate clients
- Maintain relationships with candidates by strategically controlling actions to connect using a database system.
- Source potential candidates through job websites and other sources.
- Understand candidates well through interviews.
- Counsel and advise candidates on ways to maximize their chances of success in their careers by providing job market trends and information.
- Share comprehensive candidate information with the Recruiting Consultant team and contribute to creating opportunities for candidates to receive interview opportunities.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Recruiting Consultants to ensure both candidates and clients are satisfied with the job search/recruitment process.
