Job Description:
- Gather business requirements and document current (AS-IS) workflows
- Analyze existing processes and design future (TO-BE) business process mappings.
- Align client business practices with SAP standard MM processes.
- Configure and implement SAP MM, including integration with other related modules.
- Ensure all configuration activities, SIT, and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional SAP modules and third-party systems for seamless integration.
- Identify, discuss, and resolve critical issues with the client proactively.
- Propose effective, practical solutions that align with business needs and system design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Over 10+ years of experience in SAP MM Module (SAP S/4 HANA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and labor protection regulations in Thailand
- Knowledge of environmental management systems, safety, and occupational health
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and high adaptability
- Good command of English; ability to communicate in Korean is an advantage
