JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Prepare sales budgets and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and understand market demand.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including pricing, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Drive market development initiatives and support new product identification and development.
- Prepare MIS and sales reports, and remain flexible to support Sales & Marketing tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical or related field.
- At least 3 years in Sales & Marketing of Industrial Pigments
- Knowledge of SAP preferable
- Computer literacy: MS Office, Canva
- Understanding of related products in the market
- Commission
