Job Description: 

• Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing candidates to seek the qualified candidates referring to the job requirement from variety resources.
• Achieve the KPI
• Provide professional consultancy to the candidates for their job matching.
• Conduct and revise the candidates’ resumes.
• Input the data of the candidates into the system.
• Advice and coordinate to candidates for hiring process
• Coordinate with Business Development Department
•   Conduct any necessary documents.

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, domestic trucking, and/or container haulage (preferred)
• New graduates are welcome.
• Experience in a New Project is a plus
• Flexibility to work evening/night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
• Proficient in creating quantitative reports using Excel
• Excellent command of English
