QC Engineer
Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCL
- Perform in-process and outgoing quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards.
- Monitor production line quality performance, identify abnormal trends, and report issues promptly.
- Use basic quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5WHY, Fishbone) to analyze root causes of defects.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to solve quality issues and reduce defect rates.
- Prepare daily and weekly quality reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Verify process compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Support internal and customer audits by providing accurate documents and quality data.
- Participate in defect analysis and contribute to CAPA implementation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
- Experience in QC/QA or electronics manufacturing processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic quality tools such as Pareto, Histogram, Check Sheet, and Fishbone.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
