50% Recruitment:
• Create and develop TikTok content related to recruitment and employer branding
• Generate creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends
• Film, edit videos, and write captions for HR and recruitment content
• Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute content strategies
• Support social media channels for talent acquisition activities
• Execute the recruitment and selection process to meet departmental manpower needs
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and manage related recruitment documentation
• Conduct initial interviews or phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
• Support onboarding and employee orientation
30% HR Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, campaigns, and events
• Develop and manage internal communication strategies to strengthen employee morale
• Conduct surveys and analyze feedback to improve employee satisfaction and retention
• Organize team-building activities and celebrations for milestones or company achievements
• Monitor engagement metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership
20% Learning & Development:
• Support the end-to-end training process
• Assist in organizing and managing training sessions
• Help ensure smooth operations during training days
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Passionate about TikTok and social media trends
• Creative, proactive, and confident in presenting ideas
• Video editing skills are a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
