- Prepare and process documents, and arrange a vehicle for tax and insurance renewal
- Prepare and process documents for vehicle advertisement tax
- Prepare and process documents for vehicle plate registration
- Update the vehicle maintenance schedule according to requirements
- Support asset tracking for both stations, vehicles, and equipment
- Prepare and processAsset/S&M expense document and budget control
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide feedback
- to support ongoing process improvement
- Support other tasks as the business needs
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be a great plus
- Good command and must have strong skills in MS Office - Excel (Vlookup, Pivot etc.)
- Detail-oriented would be a plus
