1. Provide daily service to foreign tenants, give information, and assist with convenience.
2. Prepare documents, provide guidance, and solve problems.
3. Coordinate with various departments (Maintenance Team, Housekeeping Team, Purchasing Department etc.)
4. Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work with colleagues as a team.
5. Provide general information to agents and client about the rental unit and assist them to show the unit.
6. Prepare reports.
8. Other tasks as assigned.
