Responsible for In-process quality control and follow-up of all quality concerns and quality issues, Corporate corrective action, and quality improvement with other departments.
Establish a specification criterion, instruction, and tooling for the QC inspector.
Work with the production team for a continuous quality improvement program.
Monitoring new part to production , analyzing data, and ensuring quality improvement and corrective action is taken.
Perform on-the-job assignments from the supervisor.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Experience in a quality engineering or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and FMEA, Lean, Kaizen.
Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and implement corrective actions.
Experience in analyzing quality performance metrics and driving.
