other premium products. The Modern Trade Account Manager owns the relationship and performance of assigned Modern Trade retail accounts. You will be responsible for sales results, new product listings, negotiating trading terms (GP, listing fees, shelf space, promotional support), and ensuring strong execution in-store. You are the single point of accountability between One Talaad and each assigned retailer — managing all retailer-related activities end-to-end. Reports to: Management

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to develop a sales and marketing strategy that meets the company’s annual revenue and production goals.
  • Lead seasonal and new product launches, coordinating with sales efforts to maximize impact.
  • Build relationships with on-premise and trade partners to boost brand visibility and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and work with distributors to expand reach and optimize performance in trade channels.
  • Develop and manage client relationships through direct selling, account management, and ongoing support.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new growth opportunities and better understand customer needs.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to guide continuous product improvements.
  • Travel as needed to company and client locations, or government offices, to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Plan and participate in events and promotional activities to increase customer awareness and engagement.
  • Use sales and reporting tools to document activities and generate reports as needed.
  • Support senior management and company directors with additional tasks to help the business grow and perform effectively.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in sales and marketing, key account management, or similar
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to develop and maintain relationships across different channels
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools is a plus
  • Hardworking, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Positive attitude with a strong drive to advance within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking abilities; experience in the beverage industry is a plus
  • Language proficiency in Thai and English
  • Ability to work flexible hours for special events and occasional travel
