Salary (Junior) : 25,000 - 35,000 (Based on experience and qualifications) with performance-based monthly commission after passing probation.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10.00 - 19.00 hours, 100% onsite
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and hard-working individual to join our team as a Partner Relations Officer.
In this role, you’ll be involved in partner meetings, occasional travel, and online research to help us recruit, activate, and grow high-performing affiliate partnerships. This role comes with practical, on-the-job training during probation, you’ll build product knowledge alongside the Sales team and gain hands-on experience handling calls with existing clients to strengthen your confidence and partner-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-value partners and affiliates
- Assist partners with inquiries and provide ongoing support
- Arrange meetings, manage business deals, and oversee partnership performance
- Promote our technology and products to attract and retain top-performing affiliates
- Track partner performance using live KPIs and reporting dashboards
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Conduct online research to identify new partner opportunities and build outreach lists
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business growth
- Professional appearance and professional etiquette for client/partner-facing situations
- Comfortable joining meetings, engaging with partners, and traveling occasionally when required
- Strong self-presentation and ability to explain ideas clearly and professionally
- Confidence in sales calls and partner engagement
- Strong communication & negotiation skills (ability to build relationships)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Interview Rounds (English Language required):
- HR Screen Interview
- 1st Interview with Line Manager(s) (Onsite/Online)
- Onsite Training at our Office for 1-week with assessment on the last date
- The successful candidate will be sent the Employment Contract
- The unsuccessful candidate will be compensated with the cheque.
