• Handle all ticketing processes for both FIT and GIT on Amadeus system such as create booking, modify travel date, re-issue ticket, re-validate, issue ticket and processing refund.
• Handle incoming queries and provide accurate information such as ticket fare, routing, travel information, aircraft configuration, loyalty program, visa requirements and handle complaint for both passengers and travel agencies via telephone calls, emails and in person.
• Handle flights irregularity such as Flight cancel, delay and aircraft technical problem.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
