- คุณภาพของการตรวจสอบ ร่างหนังสือ สัญญา และเอกสารทางกฏหมาย
- การให้ความเห็นด้านกฎหมายธุรกิจ. กฏหมายบริษัทมหาชน
- ระยะเวลาและความถูกต้องในการตรวจสอบสัญญาทุกประเภท
- จัดเก็บเอกสารสัญญา
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขากฎหมาย หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ เนื่องจากต้องทำสัญญาเป็นหลัก
- มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษ ด้านกฎหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านกฎหมาย
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป ในการทำงานด้านกฎหมาย จัดทำนิติกรรมสัญญา
