- Daily affairs (10%): Responsible for personnel attendance review/production line stoppage/shipment review, personnel training, as well as problem feedback, coordination.
- MP quality (25%): Responsible for major quality abnormal handling and cross-functional inspection of production abnormalities and NCR closing review.
- NPI quality (15%): Participate in NPI review meetings, NPI DFX Gating review, and NPI key issue review.
- Quality system (10%): Responsible for maintenance and analysis of PCAR/E-sample/DNS/SPC/Re-work/E-Sop.
- Quality project (15%): Responsible for RTY yield/LRR monitoring and stability analysis, lead RTY and SPC weekly meetings.
- Cross-department coordination (25%): Responsible for meetings/exceptions/coordination/process standards, etc.
- Follow up and update the KPIs and action plan to improve it.
- Update daily, weekly, monthly report for MQA section.
- Training OJT to IPQC&OBA inspector and evaluation performance.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Major Electronics, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Science Physic
Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese is an advantage.
