Responsibilities

Communicate CIO house views through client presentation packs with market updates, house view, portfolio model, and relevant products that suit the investment theme.
To design and prepare pitchbook (weekly), investment proposals tailored to client persona and control the standard proposal packages from CIO publications.
To align the trading ideas of all FAs and control the clients’ key messages.
Highlight and position key products that align with investment themes.
Deliver training and guidance to frontlines on market trends and product strategies
Acting as middle person at the intersection of product design / management / FAs / the frontlines to get feedback from clients and delivering key messages to clients via weekly pitchbook / proposal template.
Ensure all investment recommendations meet compliance and suitability standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in investment advisory, research, or wealth management.
Strong understanding of financial markets and products (funds, bonds, equities, alternatives).
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) or local regulatory licenses preferred.
