Accounting Administration (Junior)

- Record and update daily accounting transactions such as invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and check supporting documents for payments and reimbursements.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash handling.
- Maintain and organize accounting and administrative files systematically.
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial information.
- Assist in preparing simple accounting reports and documents.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Accounting or related field is an advantage but not required).
- 0–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative work (new graduates are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office applications.
- Responsible, careful, and well-organized.
- Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
- Eager to learn new things and adapt quickly.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates who live near the company’s headquarters are preferred.
