1. Plan and control BOI and procurement activities to align with company targets.
2. Assist the company in applying for BOI-related investment incentives, including tax exemptions, raw materials, machine imports, etc.
3. Handle all documents and paperwork related to BOI, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
4. Be the focal point of the company’s logistics for internal and external, including import/export; acquire the relevant government permits, licenses, and privileges to comply with the regulatory and project requirements.
5. Manage import & export procedures and all necessary paperwork, including customs clearance, shipping, logistics coordination, etc. Ensure the whole process is executed and controlled in the most efficient and effective manner to meet the projects’ schedule and cost efficiency.
6. Contact vendor, purchasing and sourcing, negotiate, and process documentary.
6. Identify alternative solutions to minimize import taxes and extra costs.
7. Ensure effective coordination with customs authorities, vendors, and logistics providers.
- Bachelor's degree in logistic management or any field.
- Age: 30–45 years. Any genders.
- Minimums 5 years working experience in BOI, Import and Export
- Good knowledge of BOI, Thai customs regulations
- Experience in procurement and logistics would be appreciated.
- Good communications in English (written and spoken)
- Understand international standards IATF16949 and ISO 14001.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
